Lezlie supports her students in their greatest expression of health and wellness so that they are empowered to engage harmoniously in the world.
Lezlie has taught in centers all around the world, offering Hatha, Iyengar and Scaravelli yoga and has a particular passion for Kundalini yoga with its beautiful meditations and powerful transformative kriyas.
Our twice daily sessions offer a perfect blend of strength, mobility, restorative, meditation, self-care and breath-work, combining all aspects of yoga.
Lezlie also offers, individual therapeutic sessions, restorative massage, reiki, crystal healing and is a path of pollen practitioner.
