if you are looking to regenerate from a stressful life, or you simply want to combine yoga with a beach holiday and nurturing treatments of your choice, this is the escape for you .
Minimum length – 3 nights. But as it’s your holiday, you decide how much longer and when you want to stay with us.
The retreat will include 1 small group practising 1,5 hr yoga class, an hour of meditation in the evening and a 30 min nurturing treatment every day.
Our yoga teachers will adapt their classes to your individual needs, so each session accommodates absolute beginners to those more advanced. All classes combine yoga kriyas with breath work and transformative meditations.
Your daily yoga class will be held in our brand new Garden Yoga Shala on the banks of the river.
If you arrive in this tropical paradise solo or with friends, you will be welcomed warmly.

• Early morning glass of fresh juice or chai
• Vegetarian breakfast (non veg option available for extra price)
• Daily accommodation in a standard garden beach hut (accommodation upgrades available for extra price)
• 1 daily yoga class in the morning (1.5 hrs )
• Evening sunset meditation (1hr)
• A daily nurturing treatment of your choice (30 min ) (you can book longer sessions or have additional treatments too)
• Vegetarian dinner in the tree top restaurant overlooking the sea (non veg options available for extra price).
Day trips can be arranged to spice farms, waterfalls and old Portuguese mansions.
Airport pick up can also be arranged.

Lezlie has taught in centres all around the world,
offering Hatha, Iyengar and Scaravelli yoga and has a particular passion for Kundalini yoga with its beautiful meditations and powerful transformative kriyas.
Our twice daily sessions offer a perfect blend of strength, mobility, restorative, meditation, self-care and breath-work, combining all aspects of yoga.
Lezlie also offers, individual therapeutic sessions, restorative massage, reiki, crystal healing and is a path of pollen practitioner.
